Minal Hahm, PE, CFM, Chair
Minal Hahm is a Principal Engineer at M Squared Engineering, LLC, located in Cedarburg, WI. She has seventeen (17) years of experience in civil engineering including Hydrologic and Hydraulic analysis (H&H), stormwater management system design and analysis, roadway/highway infrastructure design, recreational facilities design, residential and industrial land development, agency permitting, regulatory permitting, and public works design. Her career experience includes both the public and private sectors. Prior to starting M Squared, she was with Lake County Stormwater Management where she served as the Permit Engineer. Her experience in both Illinois and Wisconsin keeps her involved with both WAFSCM as well as IAFSM. M Squared continues to serve the public and private sectors in both Wisconsin and Illinois. Some major clients include the Illinois Medical District, MMSD, WisDOT, WDNR (DOA-DSF), and IDOT. Minal is a member of APWA, WTS, IAFSM, and WAFSCM.

Laura Kletti, PE, CFM, Vice Chair

Laura Kletti is a Principal Engineer at the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (SEWRPC) located in Waukesha, WI. Ms. Kletti has fourteen (14) years of experience, specializing in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, water resources engineering, and floodplain and stormwater management.  Prior to joining SEWRPC in 2008, she worked for the consulting firms CDM Milwaukee and HDR Minneapolis.  Noteworthy projects include design of the English Coulee project in Grand Forks, ND for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, plans and specifications for the 91st and Dean Detention Facility for the City of Milwaukee, and FIS and DFIRM production oversight for multiple Wisconsin Counties for FEMA Region V.

Carrie Bristoll-Groll, PE, CFM, Treasurer

Carrie is the Principal Civil Engineer of Stormwater Solutions Engineering, LLC (SSE).  The company’s vision statement is the same as her own:  “Providing stewardship of our lakes and streams through quality engineering and environmentally sound design”.  SSE is an 8-year old Civil Engineering Firm, specializing in stormwater management, drainage and site design, hydraulic analysis and flood control.  Carrie has 16 years of stormwater engineering experience, as a Civil Engineer at the Cities of Milwaukee and Brookfield prior to founding SSE.  Some of the exciting projects at SSE include designing solutions for the WisDOT, MMSD, Milwaukee County, Cities of Hartford and Brookfield, in addition to numerous private clients.  In addition to volunteering with WAFSCM, Carrie is a technical mentor for Engineer’s Without Borders, a member of ASCE, a youth advisor and Chair of Evangelism at her church.

Ryan Kloth, PE, Secretary

Ryan is a Water Resource Engineer with GRAEF in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Ryan has fifteen years experience in Water Resource Engineering.  Other experience includes: Stormwater Management, Dams, Streambank Stabilization, Residential and Commercial Land Development, Floodplain Management, Permitting, and Resident Engineering.  Projects of note that Ryan has been involved with include: Bartlett Ravine Master Plan, MMSD Watercourse System Management Plan, Kerry Centre Stream Relocation, Milwaukee Regional Medical Center Culvert Replacement, and the 70th Street Bridge Replacement.

Tom Sear, PE, CFM, Immediate Past Chair
Thomas Sear is a Water Resources Practice Leader at Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH®), located in the SEH Milwaukee Office. With more than 31 years of experience, Mr. Sear specializes in water resources engineering, stormwater management, and environmental rehabilitation projects. He has played an instrumental role on several Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) Watercourse Projects, addressing flood management, environmental rehabilitation, and water quality assessments. Noteworthy MMSD projects include the Menomonee River Phase 2 Watercourse Management Plan, the Milwaukee County Grounds Floodwater Management Facility Project, three Underwood Creek Rehabilitation Projects, and several Stormwater Best Management Practices Partnership Projects.
